Baker’s Assistant & Front Counter Team Member

Tip Top Cake Shop is growing, and we’re looking for a few awesome people to join our team!

We’re hiring full-time and part-time team members to work both at our front counter and alongside our bakers as a Baker’s Assistant.

What You’ll Do

• Greet customers with a friendly smile and provide great customer service
• Run the front counter and assist customers with purchases and orders
• Keep the storefront stocked, clean, and ready for customers
• Package and prepare bakery items
• Work alongside our bakers and decorators as an assistant
• Help with general bakery prep and day-to-day tasks
• Jump in wherever needed to keep the bakery running smoothly

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is friendly, dependable, hardworking, and ready to learn.

Customer service experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person! Bakery experience is a plus, but it is not required.

Saturday availability is a MUST.

Positions may work up to five days per week, depending on availability and scheduling.
