About the role
Lead proofing, oven work, bake timing and bread quality.
Key responsibilities
- Plan proofing, baking and product-release timing
- Set oven temperature, time and steam
- Check colour, doneness, weight and consistency
- Train oven staff and manage equipment safety
- Able to lead a team and support early and peak baking shifts
About you
- At least 3 years in bread baking and commercial-oven operation
- Nitec / Baking and Pastry Arts qualification
- Mandarin or English required for work communication; bilingual candidates preferred
- Proofing, commercial ovens, temperature, bake planning, quality, equipment safety
