What they need
NO TRANSPORTATION WILL BE PROVIDED.
- Prepare and bake bread, pastries, Malaysian local kuih, and other bakery products.
- Follow recipes and maintain consistent taste, texture, and quality.
- Prepare ingredients, doughs, fillings, creams, and other baking components.
- Handle mixing, shaping, proofing, baking, decorating, and finishing of products.
- Monitor oven temperatures and baking times to ensure products are properly baked.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the bakery and kitchen area.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients and finished products.
- Check the quality and freshness of baked products.
- Assist with planning daily baking and production requirements.
- Minimize food waste and use ingredients efficiently.
- Maintain and clean baking equipment and tools.
- Support other kitchen duties when required.
