Baker / Cake deco

''ONE TO BAKE'' Bakery' is seeking a talented Cake Baker / Cake decorator to join our team in our bakery located in Damansara Perdana, Selangor. This is a full-time position where you will play a key role in creating delightful baked goods for our discerning customers.

What you'll be doing

1. Prepare and bake a variety of cakes and pastries to the highest standards of quality and presentation
2. Decorate cakes and other baked goods creatively using a range of techniques
3. Ensure the bakery production area is kept clean, organised and compliant with health and safety regulations
4. Assist with inventory management and ordering of baking supplies as needed
5. Collaborate with the wider bakery team to deliver excellent customer service

What we're looking for

1. At least 1 years of experience as a cake baker or cake decorator in a commercial bakery or similar setting
2. Strong baking and decorating skills with the ability to work with a variety of cake and icing recipes
3. An eye for detail and a creative flair to produce visually appealing baked goods
4. Good time management and the ability to work efficiently under pressure
5. Excellent team collaboration and customer service skills
6. A passion for baking and creating high-quality baked treats

Job Requirements

• Experience in cake baking and decorating preferred
• Knowledge of buttercream, fondant, and piping techniques
• Creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about baking
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Responsible and able to work in a team
• Fresh graduates with baking skills are welcome to apply
