OVERNIGHT Baker
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Strong attention to detail
- Take direction from supervisors and production leads.
- Wear company approved uniforms as well as hair nets, beard nets, and gloves.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Operates all bakery machinery in a safe and efficient manner
- Maintain consistent inventory and flow of bagels, and understand expectations of bagel product and consistency
- Be responsible for overall product inventory and baking processes in the store as well as proper handling
- Ability to read and follow recipes
- Good organizational skills
- Must be able to adhere to health and safety regulations
- Ability to meet strict deadlines
