Duties

• Prepare ingredients and cook a variety of menu items following established recipes and standards
• Assist in food presentation to ensure attractive and appetizing dishes are served
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery, including food prep areas and cooking stations
• Follow food safety protocols to ensure compliance with health regulations at all times
• Support the team during busy periods by efficiently managing multiple tasks
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to ensure smooth kitchen operations
• Collaborate with team members to develop new recipes and improve existing menu offerings

Requirements

• Proven experience in food production, food preparation, or cooking within a bakery setting
• Strong knowledge of kitchen safety practices and food safety standards
• Hands-on experience with baking techniques
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward collaboration
• Culinary experience that demonstrates creativity and attention to detail
• Prior kitchen or restaurant experience preferred but not mandatory for entry-level candidates
