What they need
- Contributes in creating a welcoming and positive customer experience at the bakery counter.
- Assists in weighing, measuring, and mixing ingredients.
- Rotationally assigned in inventory of stocks/supplies and checking expiration dates/best before dates.
- Reports to senior baker and executive chef on matters regarding production and operations.
- Maintains visual appeal, good quality and the availability of baked goods on display and reports it to immediate superior in a timely manner.
- Maintains clean and tidy bakery counter and production area.
- Carry out before and after care, e.g.; cleaning the kitchen after business hours and preparing it for next day operations.
