What they need
Job Objective:
The Baker is responsible for the preparation, mixing, processing, baking, and handling of bakery products in accordance with established production standards, food safety requirements, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and company quality standards to ensure timely delivery of safe and high-quality products.
Job Specification:
- At least Senior High School graduate
- At least 3 years of work experience in manufacturing preferably in food industry with 1 year in the same position is needed.
- Graduate of any Baking Seminar or equivalent Vocational Course for Baking is an advantage
- Complete knowledge of baking process
- Knowledgeable in basic troubleshooting of bakery equipment / machineries an advantage
