About the Role:

Enchanted Oven LLC is looking for a passionate and skilled Baker to join our team in Ann Arbor, MI! Responsibilities:

• Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, cakes, and other baked goods from scratch
• Follow and execute recipes with precision while maintaining consistent quality and presentation
• Monitor oven temperatures, baking times, and product appearance to ensure optimal results
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment in compliance with food safety standards
• Manage ingredient inventory, stock rotation, and communicate supply needs to management
• Assist with decorating, finishing, and packaging baked products for display and sale
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and customer demand

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a professional bakery, kitchen, or food production environment preferred
• Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment
• Ability to work early morning, weekend, shifts as needed
• Food handler certification or willingness to obtain one upon hire
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to consistent product quality
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Dependable, team-oriented, and passionate about the craft of baking
