Baker

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Baker to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of professional baking experience and be confident in preparing a variety of baked goods while maintaining high standards of quality and hygiene.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and bake cakes, breads, pastries, and other baked products.
• Decorate cakes professionally using a variety of techniques.
• Ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and follow food safety and hygiene standards.
• Assist with inventory management and ingredient preparation.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a baker.
• Strong cake decorating skills.
• Good knowledge of healthy baking, including alternative flours, natural sweeteners, and healthier baking techniques.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and a passion for baking.
