Responsibilities

• Prepare a variety of baked goods including bread, pastries, and cookies following established recipes and quality standards
• Operate kitchen equipment such as mixers, ovens, and pastry tools safely and efficiently
• Manage food production processes to ensure timely delivery of fresh baked items for retail or catering purposes
• Maintain a clean workspace by adhering to food safety management practices, sanitation protocols, and proper food handling procedures.
• Assist with food preparation tasks such as dough preparation, ingredient measurement using basic math skills, and portioning ingredients accurately
• Support high-volume production needs during busy periods while maintaining consistency and recipe adherence.

Experience

• Previous bakery or kitchen experience is highly preferred, especially in high-volume production environments
• Familiarity with operating kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
• Knowledge of food safety standards and food safety management systems.
• Ability to follow recipes meticulously while maintaining speed and accuracy during busy hours
