Duties

• Prepare and bake a wide range of baked goods, including cakes, and cookies, following established recipes and quality standards
• Assist in food production and food preparation tasks to support daily bakery operations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery workspace, adhering to strict food safety protocols
• Monitor oven temperatures and baking times to ensure optimal product quality
• Collaborate with team members to manage inventory levels of ingredients and supplies
• Ensure all baked items are presented attractively and meet customer expectations
• Follow all health and safety regulations related to kitchen operations and food handling

Qualifications

• Proven experience in food production, baking, or culinary roles within a restaurant or bakery setting
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in kitchen environments
• Demonstrated skills in food preparation, cooking techniques, and baking processes
• Prior kitchen experience with an emphasis on bakery operations preferred
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Pay: £10.85-£12.71 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 20.0 per week

Work Location: In person
