Responsibilities:

• Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods according to set recipes.
• Ensure high quality, consistent texture, presentation, and taste across all product batches.
• Follow precise recipes, portion control, and standard baking procedures.
• Monitor oven temperatures and baking times to ensure optimal product results.
• Maintain strict cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation standards within the bakery workspace.
• Collaborate with production team members and dough handlers to meet daily production targets.

Requirements:

• Minimum of a BSC
• Minimum of 2 years of experience
