Baker

We are seeking a skilled Baker to prepare and cook a variety of fast food items in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will ensure all dishes are tasty, visually appealing, and served promptly while maintaining high standards of hygiene and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items such as mix, shape and bake a variety of bakery products in line with company recipes and specifications.

Follow standardised recipes, portion controls and baking methods to ensure consistent quality, texture, taste and appearance across all products.

Ensure food is consistently cooked to the right taste, portion, and presentation.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations.
Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management.
Work efficiently during peak hours to ensure timely order delivery.
Assist with training junior kitchen staff when needed.
Collaborate with management to suggest menu improvements or new items.

Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience as a Baker in a fast food or casual dining environment.
Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, portion control, and kitchen safety.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Team player with a positive attitude and reliability.
Culinary training or certification is a plus but not required.

Salary: £27,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
