Pastry Cook

Molly’s Cupcakes is looking for an and overnight Baker to join our growing bakery team. The ideal Baker has hands-on experience with baking bread, cakes and other sweets

As a Baker , you will be responsible for preparing, scooping and baking high-quality pastries while maintaining our standards for flavor, texture, appearance, and consistency.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, scoop, proof, and bake croissants and other laminated pastries
• Maintain consistent quality, size, shape, texture, and appearance
• Monitor dough temperature, fermentation, proofing, and baking times
• Follow recipes, production schedules, and bakery standards
• Work efficiently to meet daily production goals
• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe work area

What We’re Looking For

• Previous professional experience as a Baker or pastry professional
• Strong understanding of fermentation, proofing, and baking techniques
• Reliable, organized, and able to work independently
• Positive team player with strong communication skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
• Available for early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Experience: 2+ years of professional pastry or bakery experience preferred

Job Type: Full-time or Part-time
