Duties and Responsibilities
- Baking of various breads, pastries, cakes and dessert items
- Conducts monthly physical inventories of stocks
- Receives and checks requested raw materials and packaging for production
- Maintains cleanliness of the Baking section
- Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
Qualifications:
- With at least 2 - 5 years of relevant bakery production experience
- Skilled in bread, cake and pastry production
- Experience in high-volume commissary or commercial bakery operations
