Baker

Taparelle Restaurant (Manarat - Al Saadiyat) is currently looking for passionate, talented and experienced Baker to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare breads from our various ranges and other baked products - this will include mixing, scaling, and shaping before baking.
• Ability to produce bread using manual and/or industrial processes.
• Knowledge of dough preparation times, procedures and various baking techniques.
• Ability to monitor production consistently and professionally.
• Ensure all products are made to set quality standards.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene regulations for food preparation.
• Maintain cleanliness of your work area including utensils and equipment.

Desired experience:

• Formal training or certification in baking
• A minimum of 2 years experience in baking
• Experience within a food & beverage environment
• Experience as a baker; knowledge of various baking techniques and equipment
• Ability to follow recipes and adjust as needed
• Experience with making baguettes and croissants
• Strong attention to detail and high standards for quality
• Friendly and outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
