Woodland Baking & Coffee is a specialty coffee shop and a fantastic bakery. Our focus is on using local flour and local products to create amazing baked goods. Want to know about the local grain economy? Curious about extraction rate in flour? Early mornings, weekdays and weekends. Responsible, reliable. Responsibilities include:

Preparation of all baked items made on premise, such as scones, croissants, cookies, bars, focaccia, brioche etc.
Following existing recipes to produce consistent results
Organizing daily and weekly production schedules
Recording and modifying recipes for restaurant use
Delegating tasks to other team members
Communicating clearly with other team members
Overall organization of kitchen
Proactively assisting in daily cleaning, such as dishwashing and mopping
Assisting with cafe duties and customer interaction
Requirements include:

Ability to carry 50 lbs
Ability to work efficiently under pressure
Availability on holidays and ability to accommodate a flexible schedule
Handle feedback constructively
Work extremely well in a team environment
Personality must be compatible with customer service
Strive for and maintain high standards in production
Creativity and seasonally inspired
