Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Bakery Production Associate to assist in the daily operations of our bakery. The ideal candidate will have a passion for baking, a strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and baking of a variety of products, including cookies, pastries, and cakes.
• Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes and specifications.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient production and timely delivery of products.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a bakery or food production environment is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately.
• Ability to work early morning shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed. Positions available for day, evening, night, and/or weekends.
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork abilities.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy items.
