About Us:
We’re a Parisian café in Fitler Square, with a second location coming to Fairmount Avenue. Our focus is on specialty coffee, fresh-baked pastries, and creating a warm, welcoming space for the neighborhood. We’re looking for a talented Full Time Baker to help support our pastry program and grow with us.

Position Overview:
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys learning, has a strong foundation in baking, and wants to be a part of an expanding business. You’ll be responsible for prepping and producing pastries and baked goods for daily service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare a variety of pastries, breakfast items, and baked goods from scratch
• Assist in developing and testing seasonal menu items
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient pastry station and kitchen
• Ensure all items meet high standards of quality, presentation, and consistency
• Manage prep lists
• Follow all food safety and sanitation practices

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a pastry or baking role
• Strong baking and pastry fundamentals
• Creativity and attention to detail
• Ability to work early mornings (shifts start around 3am)
• Must be reliable, self-motivated, and organized
• Comfortable working in our commercial kitchen supporting our Pastry Chef
• Experience with laminated doughs (Croissants, Danishes, etc.)
