Duties

• Prepare and bake a variety of baked goods, including bread, pastries, cakes, and cookies, following established recipes and standards
• Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, mixers, dough sheeters, and pastry tools safely and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace by adhering to sanitation protocols and cleaning schedules
• Assist in food preparation tasks such as measuring ingredients, dough preparation, and ingredient assembly

Requirements

• Proven experience in baking/bread manipulation within a high-volume food production environment
• Knowledge of food safety management practices and proper food handling procedures
• Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
• Excellent attention to detail with a focus on standard operating procedures
• Ability to work quickly under pressure while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization
• Culinary experience in the food industry or kitchen environment is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm for learning is essential

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
