Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Baker to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing a variety of baked goods with precision and consistency, ensuring high-quality products that meet our standards. Duties

• Prepare a wide range of baked goods, including pastries, bread, and desserts, following established recipes and quality standards.
• Operate kitchen equipment such as mixers, ovens, proofers, and other baking tools safely and efficiently.
• Adhere strictly to recipes to ensure consistency in flavor, texture, and presentation of all baked products.
• Prepare doughs and batters with attention to detail, ensuring proper fermentation and handling techniques.
• Monitor baking times and temperatures to achieve optimal results for each product.
• Maintain food safety standards by keeping the work area clean, organized, and compliant with health regulations.
• Assist in inventory management by checking ingredient levels and notifying supervisors of shortages or issues.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a baker or in a similar culinary role is preferred.
• Knowledge of pastry preparation, dough handling, and baking techniques.
• Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to recipe adherence.
• Understanding of food safety practices and sanitation standards.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Excellent organizational skills and teamwork orientation.
