About the Role

Spinneys Philippines is looking for a Skilled Baker with strong hands-on experience in English/Western bread and Arabic bread production . The ideal candidate should have solid technical knowledge of bread-making processes and the ability to consistently produce high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce a variety of English/Western and Arabic breads according to recipes and quality standards.
• Handle the complete bread-making process, including mixing, dough preparation, fermentation, shaping, proofing, and baking .
• Prepare Arabic bread varieties such as Pita, Khubz, and other Middle Eastern breads .
• Prepare English/Western breads such as loaves, rolls, buns, and specialty breads .
• Ensure consistent quality, texture, taste, appearance, and freshness.
• Operate bakery equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain proper food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards.
• Keep the bakery production area clean, organized, and safe.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Baker in a bakery, supermarket, hotel, restaurant, or food production environment.
• Must be skilled in both English/Western bread and Arabic bread production.
• Strong knowledge of dough preparation, fermentation, proofing, shaping, and baking.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Good attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
• Able to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
