We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Baker to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing a variety of baked goods, ensuring high-quality standards, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Responsibilities

• Prepare a wide range of baked goods, bagels, and pastries.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently to produce consistent results.
• Assist in dough preparation, ensuring proper mixing, kneading, and resting processes.
• Maintain cleanliness of the workspace, including cleaning utensils, equipment, and work surfaces regularly.
• Follow recipes and production schedules to meet quality standards and delivery deadlines.
• Monitor baking processes to ensure products are baked to the correct specifications.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and uphold safety standards.

Skills

• Proven experience in baking or pastry preparation preferred.
• Knowledge of kitchen equipment operation and safety procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately.
• Good organizational skills with a strong sense of urgency.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Bagel rolling experience is a plus!
