Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Baker to join our bakery production team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in preparing a variety of bakery products while maintaining consistent quality, hygiene, and production standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and produce breads, buns, croissants, Danish, and other bakery products according to approved recipes.
• Follow standard recipes, production methods, and portion specifications.
• Ensure consistent product quality, taste, texture, and appearance.
• Operate and maintain bakery equipment safely.
• Measure and prepare ingredients accurately.
• Monitor proofing, baking temperatures, and baking times.
• Maintain proper food handling, storage, and ingredient rotation.
• Minimize wastage and ensure efficient use of raw materials.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the production area and equipment.
• Follow GMP, HACCP, food safety, and hygiene procedures.
• Complete assigned production requirements within the scheduled time.
• Report any quality, equipment, or raw material issues to the supervisor.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Baker in a bakery, pastry kitchen, or food production environment.
• Good knowledge of bread and bakery production techniques.
• Ability to follow recipes and production specifications accurately.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Team player with good discipline and time-management skills.
• UAE experience is preferred.
