• Prepare biscuits and other bakery items that require short preparation
• Prepare bakery items according to Bojangles standards
• Read all bakery order slips or verbal instructions on preparation and baking product
• Ensure bakery items meet quality and quantity expectations
• Bake the exact number of bakery items required
• Maintain sanitation, health and safety standards in the work-place
• Clean baking prep are to include cooking surface, utensils and floors
• Stock and restock area as needed
• Operate large volume cooking equipment
• Operating with a sense of urgency
• CLEAN ASYOU GO
• Compliance with FOY, Inc.'s uniform, appearance, and operational standards as defined in the Associate Handbook

• Must be an excellent team member and have the ability to work with multiple people.
• Must be willing to train for all positions.
• Must be friendly, engaging, and must possess superb customer service skills.
• Must provide 110% customer satisfaction.
• Must be able to work at a fast pace and have a sense of urgency.
• Must be able to work complete scheduled shifts with excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Must be approved for airport badge through TSA
• Must have 2 years experience in baking
