Duties

• Prepare and bake a variety of pastries and other baked goods according to recipes and company standards
• Measure, mix, portion, and prepare ingredients accurately for consistent product quality
• Operate kitchen equipment such as mixers, ovens, and other baking tools safely and efficiently
• Monitor baking times, temperatures, and product quality to ensure proper results
• Prep, portion, package, and prepare finished products for display or delivery
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace by following food safety and sanitation procedures
• Assist with high-volume production while meeting daily production schedules and deadlines

Qualifications

• Previous experience in baking, food preparation, or high-volume food production preferred
• Knowledge of proper food handling, food safety, and sanitation practices
• Ability to follow recipes accurately and maintain consistency in finished products
• Experience operating commercial baking equipment preferred
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality
• Basic math skills for measuring and portioning ingredients accurately
