Jolliant Restaurant prepares, mixes, and bakes bread, pastries, and cakes following strict company recipes. They operate baking equipment, monitor product quality, and keep the kitchen clean and safe.

Key Responsibilities

• Bake Products: Mix, prepare, and bake bread, pastries, and cakes on time.

• Follow Recipes: Use standard company recipes and production schedules.

• Operate Equipment: Use commercial baking tools safely and clean them after use.

• Maintain Safety: Keep the work area clean and follow food sanitation rules.

• Report Issues: Tell supervisors about broken equipment or low ingredients.

  Qualifications

  • High school graduate or vocational course holder (NCII Bread and Pastry certification is an advantage).
  • Previous experience working as a baker or in a commercial kitchen.
  • Good knowledge of basic baking techniques and food safety.
  • Able to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced setting.
