We specialize in freshly baked French croissants, laminated pastries, and classic French treats, made with quality ingredients and traditional techniques.

Our goal is to create a welcoming neighborhood bakery where great products, craftsmanship, and a passion for French pastry come together every day.

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Baker to join our growing team.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of professional baking experience
• Lamination experience is required
• Experience with French-style baking and pastry techniques
• Experience with croissants, danishes, puff pastry, and other laminated products
• Strong attention to detail and consistency
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced bakery environment
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake a variety of French pastries
• Handle and laminate doughs properly
• Prepare croissants, danishes, puff pastry, and other laminated products
• Follow recipes and production schedules
• Maintain high standards of quality and consistency
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards

Lamination experience: Required
Pay: $19–$24/hour, depending on experience
