Baker

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced baker to assist in developing and making pastries as we focus on future menu items for our boba shop and coffee house locations in Elk Grove and Sacramento. The ideal candidate possesses expertise in baking operations, attention to detail, and the ability to execute operations with precision. When the new menu items are deployed, the Baker may be tasked with making them for sale at our locations.

Requirements:

• Must be 18 or older to apply
• Must be able to adapt to changes and improvements made
• Must be able to carry 50 lbs
• Must have proven baking experience
• Experience in Asian-style bakeries is preferred

Job Duties:

• Develop and prepare upcoming menu items
• Work around and follow a developing recipe and cooking process
• Utilize multiple kitchen tools to make products in excellent quality
• Meet and discuss with upper management on procedures, improvements, and ingredients
• Make new menu items for sale upon release

Hourly rate ($19-$25) is determined by experience.

Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
