We are seeking a passionate and skilled baker to join our team in Dubai, UAE, and contribute to our innovative approach to baking. If you have experience in gluten-free and vegan baking, we’d love to hear from you!

Key ResponsibilitiesBaking & Production

• Prepare, bake, and decorate a variety of gluten-free, refined sugar-free, and vegan baked goods, including bread, cakes, cookies, muffins, and pastries.
• Experiment with and refine recipes to ensure superior taste, texture, and presentation while adhering to dietary restrictions.

Recipe Development

• Collaborate with the team to develop new recipes and reimagine traditional baked goods to align with our dietary guidelines.
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends and ingredients to bring fresh and exciting ideas to our menu.

Quality Control

• Ensure consistency in flavor, texture, and appearance across all products.
• Uphold strict standards of food safety and sanitation, complying with UAE health regulations.

Inventory Management

• Monitor and manage inventory for gluten-free flours, plant-based ingredients, natural sweeteners, and other specialty items.
• Assist in procurement and restocking of ingredients and supplies as needed.

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with the team to optimize production schedules and meet daily demands.
• Support and mentor junior staff or interns in baking techniques and recipe execution.

Customer Engagement

• Occasionally interact with customers to explain ingredients, baking methods, and offer recommendations on our products.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
