Salary is negotiable based on artisan skills, baking experience and your ability to produce quality product consistently at a good pace. Excellence in dough-making and proven experience in deck oven work will be very highly regarded and receives priority consideration.
The successful applicant will be a solid performer with extensive bread-baking experience.
