About the role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Baker to join our dynamic team at Liwayway Marketing Corporation. As a Baker, you will be responsible for producing a wide variety of high-quality baked goods and pastries to meet the needs of our customers. This is a full-time position based in Anabu I-C Imus City Cavite.

What you'll be doing

• Preparing and baking a range of breads, pastries, and other baked goods according to recipes and production schedules
• Monitoring and maintaining equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety
• Adhering to strict food safety and hygiene standards to ensure the quality and consistency of our products
• Collaborating with the team to develop new and innovative baked goods
• Assisting with inventory management and ordering of necessary supplies
• Providing excellent customer service and responding to any inquiries or concerns

What we're looking for

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a professional Baker or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of baking techniques, equipment, and food safety regulations
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure to meet production deadlines
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Commitment to maintaining a clean and organised work environment
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
