Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake a variety of baked goods, with a focus on breads.
• Follow recipes precisely to ensure consistent quality and taste
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including food handling and packaging procedures
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards and proper food handling practices at all times
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers about our baked products and offering recommendations

Experience

• Previous experience working in a bakery is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn!
• Hands-on experience with food preparation, cooking, baking, and food handling procedures
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment used in baking and food production
• Strong understanding of food safety regulations within the food industry
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy kitchen setting while maintaining attention to detail
• Excellent customer service skills to create positive interactions with guests
