Job Overview:
- Oversee baking preparation, inventory, and ingredient usage
- Maintain high standards of food safety, sanitation, and kitchen hygiene
- Develop and improve handcrafted bread and pastry products
- Coordinate with management on menu planning, special events, and promotions
Qualifications:
- Proven experience working in a bakery, café, or hotel.
- Strong knowledge of traditional and modern baking techniques.
- Familiarity with sourdough
- Experience working with bread and pastries, baguette, and wheat loaf.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
