Bread Baker – Black Box Bakery
$18.50/hr + Tips (avg. $6–$7/hr) = ~$24–$25.50/hr total
Shift: bakeoff- 3/4 AM
Black Box Bakery is looking for an experienced Bread Baker who knows their craft and takes pride in producing exceptional bread every day.
Responsibilities include mixing, shaping, and baking a variety of breads from scratch, managing proofing and baking times, maintaining a clean and food-safe workspace, and assisting with ingredient prep and restocking.
We’re looking for someone with proven professional baking experience, a strong understanding of dough handling, fermentation, and baking techniques, and the ability to work early morning hours reliably. Weekend availability required. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
