Position Description:

“You make the thing people remember. The first bite of a warm churro. A perfect concha. Coffee that smells like Mexico City in the morning. That's yours.”

WHAT YOU OWN - YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Produce all baked goods and pastries to recipe spec — right weight, right temp, right look — every batch
• Manage churros production to hit daily volume goals without ever compromising quality
• Set up and fully break down the bakery station for each shift
• Monitor product freshness aggressively — nothing stale leaves this station, ever
• Follow all food safety and allergen labeling protocols strictly
• Label and date all items per FIFO standards without exception
• Coordinate with café staff on product availability, sell-through, and timing
• Keep Dulce Aroma looking beautiful — it is a display kitchen and guests are watching

WHAT THIS ROLE IS NOT

• Sending out anything that isn't fresh
• Eyeballing ingredients instead of weighing and measuring
• Leaving the bakery a mess for the next shift to deal with
