Baker

We are currently looking to add a skilled Baker to our team at Fitzbillies Bakery, located at our new premises in Harston. This is a full‑time position where you will have the opportunity to showcase your abilities and contribute to a team dedicated to producing high‑quality bread, viennoiserie, pastries, and cakes.

As a Baker at Fitzbillies, you will be responsible for preparing a wide range of products, including artisan breads, laminated pastries, cakes, and biscuits. You will follow established recipes and production methods to ensure consistent quality and exceptional standards. Precision, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of bakery processes are essential.

We are seeking someone who is passionate about the craft of baking. Professional bakery experience is mandatory, and a solid knowledge of bread‑making techniques and viennoiserie production is required. The ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment and collaborate with the wider bakery team is vital.

Requirements:

• Proven experience working as a Baker (mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of artisan bread production and viennoiserie (mandatory)
• Ability to follow recipes and production schedules accurately
• High attention to detail and consistent work quality
• Excellent time‑management skills
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team
