Overview

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and baking of breads and pastries, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Follow recipes accurately and adhere to food safety standards at all times.
• Support the organisation of ingredients and kitchen equipment to maintain an efficient workflow.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards within the kitchen area, including cleaning utensils, surfaces, and appliances.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of orders during busy periods.
• Contribute ideas for menu development and presentation enhancements.
• Assist with baking tasks as required, ensuring products meet quality standards.

Requirements

• Previous experience in bakery, food production, food preparation, or a culinary environment is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen safety protocols is desirable.
• A strong interest in culinary arts, baking, or restaurant operations.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
