Baker

We are seeking a skilled, detail-oriented Baker to join our culinary team with 3-4 years of professional baking experience.
Core Responsibilities

• Production & Baking: Scale, measure, and mix wet and dry ingredients precisely according to established recipes. Knead, shape, and portion doughs and batters for various breads, pastries, and desserts.
• Oven Management: Operate and monitor commercial ovens, proofers, mixers, and sheeters. Adjust temperatures and baking times precisely to ensure consistent texture, crumb, rise, and color.
• Finishing & Decoration: Apply creative glazes, icings, frostings, and detailed decorations to pastries and cakes to ensure they are visually appealing and client-ready.
• Inventory & Stock Control: Monitor ingredient quality, track expiration dates, and communicate inventory needs or order supplies before shortages occur.
• Food Safety & Cleanliness: Adhere strictly to local health codes, OSHA guidelines, and internal Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Clean and sanitize workstations, utensils, and heavy machinery continually throughout the shift.
• Workflow Efficiency: Maintain accurate daily production logs and coordinate with the kitchen team to meet strict morning deadlines and custom customer orders.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
