Key Responsibilities
- Prepare cheesecake batters, bases, and ingredients
- Portion, pan, and stage products for baking
- Operate ovens and baking equipment safely and accurately
- Monitor bake times and product quality
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and labeling procedures
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace
- Assist with daily production goals and batch prep
- Report product or equipment issues to management
- Support general bakery tasks (cleaning, stocking, packaging)
