What they need
We are looking for an Artisan Baker to join our sourdough bakery in Dubllin. The ideal candidate will have a passion for traditional baking and experience working with sourdough and artisan bread.
The role involves preparing, mixing, shaping, proofing, and baking sourdough breads and other handmade bakery products using traditional methods. You will be responsible for maintaining sourdough starters, monitoring fermentation, and ensuring consistent quality and presentation.
You will work as part of a small, hands-on team, following food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards, while keeping the bakery clean and organised.
From 7:00 to 15:30
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €595.90-€634.34 per week
