Job Title: Experienced Baker – Part-Time

Soulte Commercial is looking for an experienced part-time Baker to join our production team at our Penrith warehouse.

We are looking for someone with strong bakery experience who can consistently produce high-quality products and work efficiently within a commercial production environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake a range of breads and bakery products
• Produce pastries, croissants, danishes and focaccias
• Prepare savoury bakery items
• Follow recipes and production standards consistently
• Maintain quality, presentation and portion consistency
• Assist with preparation and production planning
• Monitor stock and ingredients required for production
• Maintain a clean and organised work area
• Follow all food safety, hygiene and workplace procedures
• Work collaboratively with the wider production team
• Assist with developing and suggesting new bakery products and menu items when required

Requirements

• Previous professional baking experience is required
• Experience working in a commercial bakery or production environment preferred
• Strong knowledge of breads, pastries, croissants, danishes and focaccias
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and consistency
• Good understanding of food safety and hygiene requirements
• Reliable, organised and able to manage production timelines
• Flexibility with working hours, including early morning shifts where required

This is a part-time position based at Soulte Commercial in Penrith.
