What they need
Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in an artisan bakery or upscale establishment
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of bread-making techniques
- Experience with a variety of baked goods
- Ability to follow precise measurements and recipes consistently
- Understanding of baking science and ingredient functionality
- Skilled in operating bakery equipment (mixers, ovens, proofers)
- Ability to work early morning shifts and manage production schedules
- Strong attention to detail, consistency, and product quality
- Knowledge of food safety and storage standards
- Creativity in developing new baked products is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
