Goldfinch Gourmet Foods is hiring a Baker to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have experience in food preparation, with a passion for culinary excellence. You will work with the kitchen team to ensure consistent execution of our menu while maintaining a positive and efficient kitchen atmosphere.

Duties

• Prepare menu items in compliance with established recipes and standards
• Ensure the kitchen area is clean and sanitized
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain a smooth workflow
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation
• Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in a culinary role is preferred
• Knowledge of food handling procedures and techniques
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently
• Team player with excellent communication skills
