1. Maintaining the cleanliness of work station

2. Creating, preparing, producing, and storage of all baked products

3. Ensuring all products and supplies are up to the food safety and product quality set out by the quality assurance team

4. Communicate with co-workers to increase productivity and maintain a healthy working environment

5. Maintain the upkeep of tools and equipment utilized for duties

6. Other related tasks may be assigned by supervisor

7. May assist in the production process of the pastry, chocolate, and gelato section.
