We are seeking dependable, experienced Baker to join the production team of an established, growing food and bakery operation.

Our ideal candidate has experience preparing breads, pastries, cakes, and other baked goods while maintaining consistency, efficiency, and high standards for freshness and food safety.

What You'll Do

• Prepare, mix, shape, proof, and bake a variety of breads, pastries, cakes, cookies, and other bakery products.
• Follow established recipes, ingredient measurements, and production specifications to ensure consistency.
• Operate commercial baking equipment, including ovens, mixers, proofers, and other production tools.
• Monitor baking temperatures, timing, appearance, and finished-product quality.
• Support daily production schedules while maintaining quality and efficiency.
• Properly handle, rotate, and store ingredients and finished products.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary production environment.
• Follow established food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
• Minimize product waste and assist with inventory and ingredient management.
• Work collaboratively with bakery leadership and fellow production team members to meet daily production goals.

What We're Looking For

• Previous professional baking experience preferred, ideally in a commercial bakery, grocery bakery, wholesale bakery, restaurant, or high-volume production environment.
• Knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, mixing, proofing, and commercial baking equipment.
• Ability to accurately follow recipes, measurements, and standardized production procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product consistency.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production setting.
• Dependable, punctual, and comfortable working as part of a team.
• Understanding of food safety, sanitation, and proper ingredient handling.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform the physical duties associated with bakery production.
• Culinary or baking education is a plus but not required.

Schedule & Availability

• Early-morning shifts may be required.
• Weekend and holiday availability may be needed based on production demands.
• Consistent attendance and reliability are essential.
