Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and skilled individual to join our team as a Baker. This role is essential in ensuring the quality and presentation of our baked goods. The ideal candidate will have experience in food production and preparation, with a strong focus on customer service and food safety. You will be responsible for creating delightful pastries, cakes, and other culinary items that meet our high standards.

Responsibilities

• Decorate cakes and pastries with creativity and attention to detail
• Prepare ingredients and assist in food production processes
• Package finished products for sale while ensuring quality presentation
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
• Adhere to food safety standards and regulations during all stages of food handling
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with clients and addressing their needs
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations
• Utilize knife skills for precise cutting and preparation of ingredients
• Assist in catering events as needed

Experience

• Previous experience in baking or pastry preparation is preferred
• Familiarity with food production processes within the food industry
• Experience in a restaurant environment is advantageous
• Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
• Customer service experience that reflects a commitment to client satisfaction
• Culinary experience that demonstrates proficiency in cooking techniques and kitchen operations
