Hook & Ladder are delighted to announce that we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced baker to assist our Head Pastry Chef and join an exceptional culinary team in a fantastic growing business. We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and creative baker.

Successful candidates will have:

• A high level of experience in a bakery.
• Passion for baking
• Work as part of a team
• HACCP qualifications
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are met
• Ensure all food items are ordered/prepped ready for service
