What they need
Looking for a baker with experience in high-hydration dough. Your daily task will be to produce pinsa dough and subsequently bake off between 40-60 individual pinsa’s per day. There would be considerable time left to pursue other bread making ideas that you wish to create . The hours would be roughly , 5 days per week , 5-6 hours per day. The eirkeeek would most likely be Tuesday thru Saturday.
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
